Multiple bispecific binding domain constructs exhibiting different epitope binding for treating cancer

A group of bispecific binding domain constructs (BS-BDC) for treating cancer is described. Each BS-BDC in the group targets a cancer antigen epitope and immune cell activation epitope that is different from the cancer antigen epitope and immune cell activation epitope targeted by another BS-BDC in the group. Said different cancer antigen epitopes may be present on the same cancer antigen.
