PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an erroneous payout notification.;SOLUTION: The public competition system 1 includes a center device 10, a management device 40, and an image output device 50. The center device 10 transmits payout data including a payout of a race of public competition. The image output device 50 edits the received payout data, and transmits post-edit data to the management device 40.
