PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system enabling matching to quickly find a new business partner without imposing a large cost when an ordering desiring side company experiences transition period production until new product mass production, abrupt work occurrence due to trouble occurrence or the like, and an order reception desiring side company experiences abrupt discontinuation of a work schedule, excess places or excess human resources due to misreading of market expansion, work volume variation due to a season factor or the like.;SOLUTION: An order reception desiring company side registers information to be able to disclose such as a work place, a facility, a work space, a worker number, eligibility or a license, and time of year for step vacancy or time of year for expected step vacancy. On the other hand, an ordering desiring company side registers various types of conditions such as request content, time of year, or a budget. From among these pieces of registration information, an order reception desiring company looks for an ordering desiring company and in contrast the ordering desiring company looks for the order reception desiring company.
