PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote diagnosis operation method of an elevator, a remote diagnosis device of an elevator, and a remote diagnosis operation program of an elevator for efficiently executing the remote diagnosis operation with respect to elevators without deteriorating the convenience for elevator users as much as possible.;SOLUTION: The remote diagnosis device executes the remote diagnosis operation for diagnosing working states of apparatuses of an elevator inside a building at a predetermined timing. The remote diagnosis device sums up the total traveling time and the traveling number of the elevator for each predetermined unit time during normal operation. When the start timing of the remote diagnosis operation arrives, the remote diagnosis device calculates executable predicted time of the remote diagnosis operation in a time zone on the basis of the total traveling time and the traveling number in the corresponding time zone in the sum-up information and determines that the remote diagnosis operation is executable in the time zone when the calculated executable predicted time is longer than the required time of the preset remote diagnosis operation.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
