To provide a laminate, a magnetoresistance effect element, a magnetic head, a sensor, a high frequency filter, and an oscillation element, capable of enhancing spin injection efficiency when applied to a magnetoresistance effect element.SOLUTION: The laminate is located on a nonmagnetic metal layer 5B, and includes: a ferromagnetic layer 6; and an intermediate layer 5C interposed between the nonmagnetic metal layer 5B and the ferromagnetic layer 6. The intermediate layer 5C contains a NiAlX alloy layer represented by a general formula (1): NiAlX...(1), [X represents one or more elements selected from a group consisting of Si, Sc, Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Cu, Zr, Nb and Ta, and when γ=γ3/(γ1+γ2+γ3) is assumed, 0γ0.5 is satisfied].SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
