To provide a one liquid reaction type urethane resin adhesive short in time by initial adhesive strength is exhibited, having sufficient adhesion possible time, low odor and excellent in coating property, and a floor structure using the same.SOLUTION: A one liquid reaction type urethane resin adhesive containing an urethane resin (A) having an isocyanate group derived from tolylene diisocyanate at a terminal and weigh average molecular weight in a range of 50,000 to 100,000, an urethane resin (B) having the isocyanate group derived from the tolylene diisocyanate at a terminal and weight average molecular weight in a range of 4,000 to 6,000, and an organic solvent (C), in which the organic solvent (C) is dimethyl carbonate, is used.SELECTED DRAWING: None
