To provide a hand-luggage delivery support system which allows delivery of an article during a travel without providing a storage box in a movement means used by a tourist.SOLUTION: The present invention is directed to a hand-luggage delivery support system having an acquiring unit for acquiring a user information which is information related to a user, a destination information which is information relating to a destination, and a delivery management code for use in identification of each of delivery objects, a storage unit for storing, as service information, the user information, the destination information and at least one of the delivery management codes, and an output unit for outputting a label issuing data for use in printing the service information stored in the storage unit on a label which can be attached to the delivery object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
