To provide a rope clamp to an anchor used for rock falling countermeasures to solve a problem of a rock falling protective net in which considerable skills would be required to stretch a rope hooking in a lattice shape of a predetermined size by a plurality of vertical main ropes and horizontal main ropes at the same degree of tension without loosening, and fixation to an inclined surface with an unstable mass of rock using the tension of the rope may be difficult depending on irregularities of the inclined surface, and edge parts or lattice-shaped parts which are originally unnecessary to be prevented may occur in an operation range.SOLUTION: There is provided a rope clamp comprising an anchor hole through which a shaft body fixed to an anchor penetrates, and a plurality of connecting rope holes connecting a rope to a peripheral part.
