To provide a kitchen work bench for a rice cooker in which a flow of cooking exhaust occurring with cooking rice can properly be performed, and furthermore, an adverse effect on the cooking work of a worker can be prevented while satisfactorily enabling work to transfer the cooked rice to a warming jar.SOLUTION: A top plate part 1 for forming a working surface is provided in the upper part of a placing part S of a rice cooker A, an exhaust vent D for exhausting the cooking exhaust from the rice cooker A to the upper part is formed in a rear side place of the top plate part 1, and the top plate part 1 is configured so as to be freely switched between a working state positioned in the upper part of the rice cooker A and an open state of being opened in the upper part of the rice cooker A and being stored in a vertical posture in a back place of the rice cooker A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
