To provide an abdominal bandage for a pregnant woman, which is capable of being worn irrespectively of the dominant arm without discomfort during sleeping as well as in the daytime.SOLUTION: An abdominal bandage for a pregnant woman is composed of: a front side cover member; and two pieces of right and left holding bands for locking which are arranged on the lateral ends of the front side cover member. A part to be inserted is formed at the base end of the holding band for locking and a locking tool is provided at the tip of the holding band for locking. The tool to be locked as one of a hook-and-loop fastener is formed on the front side cover member and the tool to be locked is detachably locked to the locking tool as the other of the hook-and-loop fastener. The holding band for locking is reduced in width from the base end to the tip, and the area ranging from the center portion of the holding band for locking to the tip is elongated in the oblique direction relative to the longitudinal center line. A stretchable fabric capable of being stretched in the width direction and/or the winding direction lies in at least one area between the front side cover member and the holding band for locking.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
