PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply chain information format that enables us to understand a status of a response to an abnormality and progress of the response when the abnormality occurs in a supply chain.;SOLUTION: The supply chain information format includes: an abnormal item description unit; a handling situation description unit; and a risk level description unit. The abnormal item description unit is a data area that describes an abnormal item that is detailed information of an abnormality that has occurred in nodes and links that constitute a supply chain. The handling situation description unit is a data area that describes a situation of handling corresponding to each of the above-mentioned abnormal items. The risk level description unit is a data area that quantitatively describes a level of the abnormality of the abnormal item.
