To measure the state of a sample more accurately.SOLUTION: An electrochemical measuring device of the present invention applies a voltage pulse twice or more to a solution 21 and measures a sample in the solution by measuring the current generated by the voltage pulses. The electrochemical measuring device comprises: a gain adjustment unit 132 for adjusting the measurement gain of an amplifier 17 in a presampling state generated each time the measurement waveform of a voltage pulse applied to the sample is applied to the amplifier 17; a gain selection unit 131 for selecting, in the presampling state, a main measurement gain from among a plurality of measurement gains adjusted by the gain adjustment unit 132 on the basis of an acquired output voltage value of the amplifier 17 and a prescribed range of output voltage values; and a measurement unit 133 for acquiring, in a main sampling state after presampling, the output voltage value that is outputted by the amplifier 17 by the measurement gain selected by the gain selection unit 131.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
