To provide packing material, a packing film, and a packing bag which have a good heat sealing property, a steady adhesive property and a good peelability, and further have an excellent antistatic property and transparency.SOLUTION: Transparent antistatic packing material 1 of this invention has a base material layer 2, an inorganic vapor deposition layer 3, and an antistatic sealant layer 6b which is the most surface layer that is the face of the side opposed to the base material layer of the packing material. The antistatic sealant layer includes electro conductive metallic oxide particles and thermoplastic elastomer having a heat sealing property so that a good antistatic property and a good heat sealing property are appeared.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
