PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a partial decision table about rules and reduce a load applied to a person in confirmation of rules.;SOLUTION: A decision table generation device stores a rule specification which is information for describing a specification of a software by one or more rules including an input condition and a result which is information indicating a value of an output variable, and generation range specification information for specifying a generation range of a decision table, and generates the decision table in a range specified by the generation range specification information out of the rule specification. The decision table generation device generates, for example, a decision table about a difference with a rule specification which is a comparison object, out of the rule specifications. The decision table generation device generates, for example, a decision table about a generation range specified based on a metrics value and metrics evaluation information.
