PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam heat-insulation paper container excellent in heat insulation and appearance of a surface, and a paper base material for the foam heat-insulation paper container and a sheet for the foam heat-insulation paper container used for production therefor.;SOLUTION: A paper base material 3 for a foam heat-insulation paper container has a paper base material 1 being a multilayer material 13, and a water-soluble resin layer 2 formed on at least one surface of the paper base material 1. A sheet 5 for the foam heat-insulation paper container has the paper base material 1 being a multilayer material 13, the paper base material 3 for the foam heat-insulation paper container having the water-soluble resin layer 2 formed on at least one surface of the paper base material 1, and a thermoplastic resin layer 4 formed on the water-soluble resin layer 2. A foam heat-insulation paper container 8 has foam heat-insulation paper used for at least one of a body member 6 and a bottom plate member 7, and the foam heat-insulation paper has the paper base material 1 being the multilayer material 13, the paper base material 3 for the foam heat-insulation paper container having the water-soluble resin layer 2 formed on at least one surface of the paper base material 1, and a foam resin layer 9 which is formed on the water-soluble resin layer 2 and is formed of a thermoplastic resin.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
