The present invention provides a method of treating a tumor in a subject comprising administering to the subject an anti-PD-1 antibody and an anti-CD30 antibody. In one embodiment, the tumor is from a lymphoma (eg, Hodgkin's lymphoma or non-Hodgkin's lymphoma). In one embodiment, the anti-CD30 antibody is an antibody-drug conjugate, such as brentuximab bedotin.
