To provide a strain motion correction method that allows for normalization of strain motion of a hipbone including a sacrum bone and an iliac bone, and a strain motion correction implement for use in the strain motion correction method.SOLUTION: A method for correcting strain motion of a sacrum bone and a hipbone (strain motion around a sacroiliac joint) is provided in which a first elastic band and a second elastic band are worn in a wearer waist so that the first elastic band and the second elastic band intersect each other in both of the front side and the rear side of the wearer waist. In the strain motion correction method, the first elastic band is worn in the wearer waist so as to pass through on an anterior superior iliac spine of one side of a right-side and a left-side of a wearer body and on a posterior inferior iliac spine of the other side of the right side and of the left side, and the second elastic band is worn in the wearer waist so as to pass through on the anterior superior iliac spine of the other side and through on the posterior inferior iliac spine of the one side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
