PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring immune stimulating response of immune cells and a cell analysis apparatus.;SOLUTION: A method for measuring immune stimulation response of immune cells includes: (i) a step for contacting immune cells and immune stimulation factors of the measuring object; (ii) a step for forming a contact surface in the immune cells of the measuring object different from the substance of the measuring object; (iii) a step for joining the immune cells of the measuring object to the prehension object which combines with the surface antigen in the contact surface and can generate an optical signal; (iv) a step for detecting the optical signal which has been generated from the prehension object; and (v) a step for judging whether the immune cells of the measuring object have an immune stimulation response in which the contact surface was canceled by the time they detected the optical signal based on the detected optical signal.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
