To reduce labor required for managing images photographed at a plurality of facilities.SOLUTION: An online service system comprises: a facility system including a sub-ID acquiring unit that acquires a sub-ID, an image acquiring unit for acquiring an image photographed by a photographing device installed in a predetermined facility, and a communication unit for transmitting the sub-ID in association with the image to a content management device; and the content management device including a user information storage unit for storing a main ID of identification information assigned to a user and the sub-ID in association with each other, an image information storage device for storing the sub-ID received from the facility system and the image in association with each other, and an operation control unit for executing an operation indicated by an operation request to an image associated with the sub-ID associated with the main ID when the operation request including the main ID is received from a user terminal that a user uses.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
