PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disperse a log upload timing of a plurality of electrical devices depending on a service per electrical device.;SOLUTION: A log acquisition device 300 for acquiring a log of each of a plurality of electrical devices 100 comprises: an individual identification acquisition unit 321 which acquires individual identification information for identifying the individual of a target device, which is an arbitrary one of the plurality of electrical devices 100; a notification period determination unit 322 which determines a notification period of the log on the basis of merchandise information associated with the individual identification information; a start time determination unit 323 which determines a notification start time so as to standardize a transmission timing of the log of each of the electrical devices 100; a setting transmission unit 324 which transmits notification setting information containing the determined notification start time and the notification period; and a log acquisition unit 325 which acquires the log notified according to the notification setting information.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
