摘要

To provide a manufacturing method of a fire retardant honeycomb core sandwich panel structure having light weigh, high strength and inexpensive price, and excellent in fire retardancy compared to prior art, and the fire retardant honeycomb core sandwich panel structure.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a fire retardant honeycomb sandwich panel structure consisting of a honeycomb core and 2 fire retardant fiber reinforced thermosetting laminate sheet arranged on an upper surface and a lower surface of the honeycomb core, including a process for preparing the honeycomb core, impregnating a fire retardant into the honeycomb core and drying them, a process for impregnating a thermosetting resin composition into the honeycomb core to which the fire retardant is impregnated, heating and curing them, and a process for fixing the fire retardant fiber reinforced thermosetting laminate sheet on the upper surface and the lower surface of the honeycomb core to which the fire retardant and the thermosetting resin composition are impregnated by using an adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
