To provide a positioning method which can accurately align a plurality of target points with each other, a method of manufacturing a lens driving device, a program, a lens driving device, an optical device, and an electronic device.SOLUTION: A positioning method includes steps of: determining a first line segment connecting two target points by image processing; determining a positional relationship between the two target points and the first line segment in a three-dimensional space; determining a second line segment connecting two different target points by image processing; determining a positional relationship between two different target points and a second line segment in a three-dimensional space; and determining a path in which the first line segment and the second line segment overlap with each other in a three-dimensional space while aligning directions with the vicinity of the midpoints of both while maintaining the positional relationship between the two target points and the first line segment and the positional relationship between the two different target points and the second line segment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 39
