To provide a processing management system, electronic apparatus, management server, and processing management method for the electronic apparatus capable of individually setting, for each user, processing permitted to be used even when a number of users use the electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A management server is made to execute: a step (S2-14) of acquiring a server side account identified from user information; and a step (S2-15) of reading out server side permission processing associated with the server side account. A composite apparatus is made to execute: a step (S1-16) of transmitting the user information to the management server; a step (S1-17) of acquiring an apparatus side account; a step (S1-18) of reading out apparatus side permission processing associated with the apparatus side account; a step (S1-22) of permitting execution of processing permitted to be used, by both of the management server and the composite apparatus; and a step of executing permitted processing when execution of the processing is requested.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
