To certainly prevent occurrence of a grounding short-circuit accident due to a human error.SOLUTION: A grounding for work notification/monitoring device 320 is constituted to acquire position information of a grounding tablet 120 for work accompanying a grounding hook 200 which is used for grounding of a cable way to be cut off by a power switching apparatus of an operational object, to determine whether or not the grounding tablet 120 for work is positioned outside a predetermined safety confirmation range based on the acquired position information when an application request of the power switching apparatus to a controller 310 which controls disconnection and application of the power switching apparatus is accepted, and to prohibit application of the power switching apparatus by the controller 310 when it is determined that the grounding tablet 120 for work is positioned outside the safety confirmation range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
