PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device operational state managing system capable of easily and simply managing the operational state of a device.;SOLUTION: The device operational state managing system includes: a plurality of terminal devices arranged in correspondence to a plurality of devices operable for a predetermined period of time according to a toll to be paid; and a higher-rank device capable of communicating with each of the plurality of terminal devices wherein each of the plurality of terminal devices includes a toll collection information output unit that outputs toll collection information indicating receipt of a toll when the toll is received, the higher-rank device includes an elapsed time measuring unit that measures an elapsed time since a point of time when the toll collection information has been input, as an operation time of the device, and an operating state determining unit that determines that the device is in operation until the elapsed time reaches the predetermined time, and manages the operation state of each of the plurality of devices based on a result of the determination by the operating state determining unit.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
