PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce useless overhead and improve synchronization accuracy in a transmission path of small scale data applied to a carrier synchronization system.;SOLUTION: A master circuit of a unit 1 that is a master synchronizes with a first carrier synchronization signal. A slave circuit of a unit 2 that is an inverter unit at a slave side of a synchronization code creates serial data including a predictive lag time of receiving the synchronization code and a carrier-period command. The unit 2 outputs serial data including the synchronization code and a second differential time between a second carrier synchronization signal and a first reception timing signal on the basis of the first reception timing signal created at the time of completing the reception of the serial data, the carrier-period command, and the predictive lag time.
