The hydraulic buffer and the cylinder connected to the hydraulic buffer have a simple structure, require low precision in manufacturing, and can simultaneously adopt a method for adjusting the back pressure of the return chamber and a method for pressure releasing and unloading the pressure chamber. There are advantages such as high buffer efficiency, controllability of buffer effect, quality, and high reliability. By operating the signal generator to generate a control signal and pressing the slide valve of the buffering module, the flow in and out of the hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted, and the pressure difference that presses the piston can be buffered.
