To execute a noise countermeasure without modifying and replacing a field apparatus and a power supply.SOLUTION: A noise countermeasure circuit 11 is provided with: a first capacity adjustment part 12-1 which is inserted between a + power line L1 and a ground A and in which a switch SW1 is connected with a capacitor C1 in series; and a second capacity adjustment part 12-2 which is inserted between a - power line L2 and the ground A and in which a switch SW2 is connected with a capacitor C2 in series.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
