To provide a circulation treatment device for a cow dung compost, the device efficiently obtaining the cow dung compost in a cold region.SOLUTION: A circulation treatment device of this invention comprises: a cow dung compost storing room 32 including a floor surface 31 provided with floor heating 30; a receiving hopper 11 to which the cow dung compost is fed, the compost fermenting on the floor surface 31; a mixer 12 for mixing the cow dung compost from the receiving hopper 11 and dried powders from a return conveyor (to be described later) to adjust a water content percentage; a fluid drying pulverizer 14 that pulverizes the mixed powders from the mixer 12; a suction blower 15 that suctions the dried powders in the fluid drying pulverizer 14; a cyclone incinerator 23 that separates the dried powders subjected to excessive product removal to gas and incinerated ashes; a delivery device 24 including an exhaust heat steam boiler that delivers the gas in the cyclone incinerator 23 to the fluid drying pulverizer 14; and an antifreezing liquid tank 25 that is heated by steam of the exhaust heat steam boiler. Antifreezing warm water is circulated between the antifreezing liquid tank 25 and the floor heating 30 to heat the floor surface 31 and ferment the cow dung to obtain the cow dung compost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
