To provide an extrasystole discrimination device capable of discriminating extrasystole, after discriminating an abnormal measurement state and a normal measurement state.SOLUTION: The extrasystole discrimination device includes: evaluation object QRS group determination means (S3) for determining an evaluation object QRS group as an evaluation object on the basis of a measurement state of R waves obtained from electrocardiographic data; and extrasystole candidate determination means (S5) for determining whether the evaluation object QRS group is an extrasystole candidate or not on the basis of an adjacent QRS group temporally-adjacent to the evaluation object QRS group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
