To provide a pipe inside cleaning device capable of sucking efficiently powdery substance in a pipe; and to provide a method for cleaning the pipe inside by the pipe inside cleaning device.SOLUTION: A tip part 23b is pressed toward the radial direction outside of a pipe 1 by a spring 25. Then, the tip part 23b is pressed onto the inner peripheral surface 2 of the pipe 1. Since being deformable, the tip part 23b is deformed along a circumferential direction of the inner peripheral surface 2, and is allowed to adhere to the inner peripheral surface 2, by being pressed onto the inner peripheral surface 2 of the pipe 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
