PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drill device and a drill attachment jig constituting the drill device and a drill device formation mechanism capable of reducing a manufacturing cost, and easy to handle.SOLUTION: A drill device 12 comprises a drill attachment jig 10 for attaching a gun drill 14 having a hollow part through which fluid exits at an outflow port, to a commercial rotary driving machine 16 for rotating the attached drill.
