PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine box for medicine-taking support and a medicine-taking support system in which a use state of the medicine box and a medicine-taking situation can be managed in real time.SOLUTION: A medicine box of the present invention includes a medicine storage part, a body part capable of setting up the medicine storage part, and a communication part capable of communicating with a management server. The medicine box is characterized as follows: the medicine storage part comprises multiple cells capable of receiving medicine from an opening portion, and an open/close door configured to block up each opening portion of the multiple cells in a closed state; the body part comprises a locking mechanism capable of locking/unlocking the open/close door in the state where the open/close door is closed; and the medicine box transmits the notification showing that the open/close door is opened in the state where the open/close door is locked to the management server when detecting that the open/close door is opened in the state where the open/close door is locked by the locking mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
