PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a thinned condition of a ground contact portion of the structure whose one part is embedded in a foundation part without performing troublesome work such as an excavation and the like of the ground.SOLUTION: An eddy current flaw detection probe 1 for detecting a thinned condition of a ground contact portion of an object to be inspected W detects the thinned condition of the ground contact portion adjacent to a surface of the ground in the ground for the object W to be inspected which is in a solid and/or a hallow columnar state and formed by a ferromagnetic substance metallic material with a base end part embedded in the ground and detecting a thinned state of the ground contact portion adjacent to the surface of the ground.
