PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological image processing apparatus capable of simplifying correction of a fingerprint image generated by a fingerprint sensor.;SOLUTION: A biological image processing apparatus includes a fingerprint image acquisition unit (143) for acquiring a first fingerprint image generated by a first fingerprint sensor, an expanded and contracted image generation unit (146) for generating an expanded and contracted fingerprint image in which the first fingerprint image is expanded and contracted, a proper expansion ratio calculation unit (147) for calculating a proper expansion ratio on the basis of a degree of similarity of information of the first fingerprint image to fingerprint image information registered in a storage unit and a degree of similarity of the expanded and contracted fingerprint image to the fingerprint image information registered in the storage unit, and a comparison unit (149) for comparing information of an image obtained by expanding and contracting the first fingerprint image with the proper expansion ratio calculated by the proper expansion ratio calculation unit and information of the fingerprint image registered in the storage unit.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
