To solve the problem that about 70% in the world is dependent on Japanese incinerators, relative to refuse disposal which is one of Japanese environmental problems at present.SOLUTION: Though a PPM problem or the like is improved at present, pollutant in a fine particle level is still discharged into the atmosphere, and a harmful matter problem such as residual chlorine in residual ash still remains, and a surplus soil treatment for burying is approaching the limit. Further, maintenance cost to energy required for incineration reaches a large amount. Such problems can be removed thoroughly this time, and further, the maintenance cost is reduced, and unnecessary objects treated as garbage at present are recovered, recycled, reproduced and utilized effectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
