PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum-molding mold with means for facilitating mold release of a plastic molding product with an undercut by modifying a wall structure of a vacuum-molding mold.;SOLUTION: Provided is a vacuum-molding mold 4 for vacuum-molding a tray 16 with an undercut which is a support base when the trays 16 are stacked up, on a side-wall inner surface of the deep-dish shaped tray 16 with a partition-wall inside and/or on a side surface of the partition-wall, into multiple stages. The vacuum-molding mold 4 is equipped with an undercut formation part 3a for forming the undercut provided with: a movable block 6 protruding from the side-wall inner surface and/or the partition-wall side surface; a housing or a cavity for housing the movable block 6 inside the side-wall inner surface and/or the partition-wall side surface; a spring 14 held between a back surface of the movable block 6 and a back surface of the housing or the cavity; and a support shaft for rotatably supporting the movable block 6.
