To provide the wall surface decoration box and the wall surface decoration structure, that can change a position of a faucet and facilitate new construction of the faucet, and also can contribute to improvement of a degree of freedom of an installation position of the faucet.SOLUTION: A wall surface decoration box B attached to a wall surface W according to the present invention comprises: a frame 1 framed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape or a cubic shape and having a piping space S inside; a wall mounting portion 2 provided on a rear surface of the frame 1; and a decorative panel 3 covering at least one surface other than the rear surface of the frame 1, wherein the frame 1 has a cutout portion 1A extending from the rear surface to both end surfaces in a longer direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
