To provide a liquid crystal film for handwriting with increased luminance, and also to provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing the liquid crystal film for handwriting.SOLUTION: A liquid crystal film for handwriting comprises a first base film, a composite layer, and a second base film that are arranged in sequence; the first base film comprises a first substrate layer and a first electrode layer arranged in sequence; the second base film comprises a second electrode layer and a second substrate layer arranged in sequence; the composite layer is located between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer; the first substrate layer is a writing surface; the composite layer comprises a first mixed layer; one side surface of the first mixed layer is laminated to the first electrode layer; the first mixed layer comprises liquid crystal molecules and a polymer material; the content of the polymer material in the first mixed layer decreases gradually from a side distant from the first electrode layer to a side close to the first electrode layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
