PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for discovering and searching for intra-corporate information relevant to corporate problems, corporate opportunities and unexpected or interesting events.;SOLUTION: A method using a scanner for scanning contents relevant to a process executed by a business corporation: comprises one or more process steps; identifies problems, opportunities and events (important points for the corporation); indexes the scanned contents regarding the important points for the corporation; determines whether the scanned contents represent information related to problems, opportunities or events; and provides related information to the user.
