In the diluent, when casein is used as the low-molecular-weight protein, it is preferred that the content of º-casein in the casein is 10% (W/W) or less and the ratio of the content of ±-casein to the content of ²-casein, i.e., an ±-casein:²-casein ratio, is (40 to 60):(60 to 40) (wherein the total amount of ±-casein and ²-casein is 100).
