PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the influence of chemicals by binding a larger molecular weight of substance to the chemicals not to pass through the blood-brain barrier, because a chemical included in Nicotiana tabacum has a small molecular weight and pass through the blood-brain barrier.SOLUTION: The invention provides a production method of a Nicotiana tabacum antibody comprising immunizing female birds using Nicotiana tabacum extract as an antigen, and obtaining the antibody from the yolk of the egg laid by the female birds. An anti-Nicotiana tabacum ostrich antibody produced by the invention can alleviate the dependence of Nicotiana tabacum because it binds harmful chemicals and suppresses the blood-brain barrier passage of the chemicals.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
