PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional technique pertaining to a settlement system incurs a large product management cost and is difficult to introduce for small and medium-size businesses, etc., which are not complete with an infrastructure environment for code issuance and management, and is far from a fundamental technique for relieving the stresses of product purchasers as they need to line up before a register in order to buy products, with the occupied floor space of the register not always effectively utilized either.SOLUTION: The present invention proposes a code purchase settlement system, etc., that does not require for a product seller to construct a POS register system and other systems for settlement, as the issuance of a code associated with a product is executed for the product seller by a code server device for settlement, and the product purchaser transmits/receives information, using a settlement code, directly to and from a financial institution server device for settlement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
