PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detector for tunnel wall surface damages that can detect damaged parts of a tunnel wall surface rapidly and precisely without heating or cooling a measurement target object, and a program for detecting damages of a tunnel wall surface.SOLUTION: When a thermal image generation part 10 obtains output data of an infrared thermal camera and generates a thermal image of a tunnel wall surface, a resolution reduction processing part 12 executes resolution reduction processing on the thermal image. A dynamic threshold setting part 14 sets a dynamic threshold for each pixel value of the thermal image. An abnormality detection part 16 detects a part with an abnormal temperature of the tunnel wall surface based on the thermal image after the resolution reduction processing and the dynamic threshold set by the dynamic threshold setting part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
