PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method of monitoring and controlling enterprise information stored on cloud computing service, and performing encryption per a document.;SOLUTION: For secure encryption of a document, a system accesses a key-manager by using a triplet of an organization identifier, an application identifier, and a region identifier and receives a triplet-key and a triplet-key identifier to uniquely identify the triplet-key, in response to this access.
