To provide a revolving notification device and a revolving notification method, capable of improving safety at the revolving of a rear-wheel-steering type vehicle.SOLUTION: A revolving notification device according to an embodiment comprises: a revolving detection part; and a notification part. The revolving detection part detects a revolving operation in a rear-wheel-steering type own vehicle.
