PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a property information management system capable of appropriately managing user's property in a situation where confirmation from the user about property information is impossible.SOLUTION: The property information management system comprises: sub-password setting registration means 11 for setting a sub-password; documentation data accepting means 11 for accepting data of documentation; determination means 11 for determining whether the accepted data of documentation is data of a guardianship certificate, a death certificate, or an inheritance certificate or not; written identity information extraction means 11 for extracting written identity information corresponding to identification information from the data of documentation; first matching means 11 for matching to determine whether a database has data matching with the written identity information or not; and sub-password output means for outputting a sub-password associated with the identification information matched by the first matching means 11.
