Calculation method of switching waveform of circuit model for simulation of electronic circuit

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation circuit model capable of precisely reproducing a waveform in a transient state, and a calculation method of a switching waveform of the simulation circuit model.SOLUTION: A circuit is modelled in which two arms each including a switching element parallel connected to a diode are series connected to each other. Waveforms of a collector-emitter voltage and collector current of each switching element are expressed by a function expression. Gate voltages of one arm and the other arm are inputted, and the function expressions of the collector-emitter voltage and the collector current are selected according to the gate voltage. This configuration allows the waveforms of the collector-emitter voltage and the collector current in the transient state to be precisely reproduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
