PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for suppressing emission of fly ash which is low in treatment cost and can use treated fly ash as an admixture for cement.SOLUTION: The present invention is a method for suppressing emission of fly ash by mixing the fly ash with a limestone fine powder. The mixing ratio of the limestone fine powder is preferably 25-50 mass% based on 100 mass% of the total of the fly ash and the limestone fine powder, and the Blaine specific surface area of the limestone fine powder is preferably 3,500 cm/g or more.
