To provide an anaesthesia auxiliary program, an anaesthesia auxiliary device, an anaesthesia auxiliary system and an anaesthesia auxiliary method capable of considering variation between subjects and intra-subject variation, for estimating a sedation medicine administered to a patient and a quantitative index of the sedation medicine.SOLUTION: An anaesthesia auxiliary device 1 comprises: esTEC calculation means 103 for, based on a BIS value of a patient 5 which is acquired over time, and a value of an effect part density of a sedation medicine of the patient 5 which is acquired over time, estimating a value of the effect part density of the sedation medicine corresponding to a value indicating a target sedation degree, as a density index (esTEC) of the sedation medicine to the patient 5; and esMIC calculation means 104 for, based on the density index of the sedation medicine, and the effect part density of the sedation medicine of the patient 5 which is acquired over time, estimating a lower limit of a range of the effect part density of the sedation medicine of the patient 5 where the density index of the sedation medicine is not varied by a predetermined width or a larger width even when the effect part density of the sedation medicine of the patient 5 is increased, as a density index (esMIC) of the sedation medicine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
